We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar CCTV Project Manager to oversee our solar CCTV projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams in the design, installation, and maintenance of solar-powered CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in solar power and CCTV systems, as well as experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in the planning, design, and installation of solar-powered CCTV systems
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client requirements
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress against milestones
- Manage project risks and proactively identify and address issues
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project status.
- Ensure project teams adhere to all safety standards and regulations
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to determine project requirements
- Manage project budgets, including tracking and reporting expenses
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience managing solar-powered CCTV projects
- Strong technical background in solar power and CCTV systems
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
